If you are unclear if we can accept an item, please e-mail or call us at 850-644-9033. If you are interested in donating to the Institute, please download the “Deed of Gift.” You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to open them up.
Once the Deed of Gift is downloaded and opened, you can fill out the form on the computer. When the form is completely filled out, please print it and send the form to the address below along with the donated memorabilia. If you are mailing your memorabilia some other way than USPS (i.e., FedEx or UPS), then do not include PO Box 3062200 in the address.
